Payment Terms (GFX/ VFX)

If a commission is under $100 USD, I require payment in full upfront or half on request and half when completed is also accepted at any value other than this. If you require any other form of payment plans, we can come to a specific text agreement.
Payment through the following channels is accepted: Kofi
If there is already Work In Progress content handed to you, you will only receive a partial refund based on progress if you are canceling the commission.
If the work has not seen any progress by the agreed upon minimum date, you may ask for a full refund if the commission is at or under $50 and the prior term does not apply. Typically this will be handed out in less than 72 hours.
If the work for a commission greater than $50 has not seen progress by specified date, you may ask for your initial deposit and any subsequent payments already paid. This may take greater than 72 hours.
If the work has been marked as already completed, no refunds. Take a look at the revision policy for any meditations.

Revision Policy (GFX/ VFX)

During the Work In Progress Phase is the best time to request any changes. See below.
You can request up to 4 revisions during the Work In Progress phase.
If already in a Complete state and something minor needs changing, it can be done once afterward of no charge.

Cannot be used within a product physical or virtual unless agreed upon in advance.
When possible, not to be used with AI Training.
I require that I am tagged once per a commission with the respective handle depending on platform. I do not need to be tagged on the front post but at least must be in a reply.: @viserdy on X viserdy.bsky.social
If on another platform than BlueSky or X, it is okay to put "by Viserdy"

Any form of content that is NSFW (Not Safe for Work).
Any form of content that has prior copyright obligations which prevent derivative works. Written or verbal permission from content owner is required.
